Someone accessed my account, but it was not me

If you’ve noticed someone accessing your account without your knowledge, it indicates that your account credentials may have been compromised. This could be a result of sharing your account information or having your password compromised. Frequently, passwords are obtained by hackers from previously leaked password databases associated with various services.

To safeguard your account, we recommend changing your password by clicking the “Forgot Password” button on the login page. Additionally, it’s crucial not to use the same password for your email and other services to prevent potential compromise if someone gains access to your credentials. Next, you will want to ensure your 2FA is enabled from your account settings. You can access these in your Client Portal on the platform.

To request the deletion or cancellation of your account, please contact the Abbado support team through support@abbado.com.
