These Promotion Terms, governing the issuance and utilization of Promotion Codes, client participation in promotional campaigns, and the utilization of bonuses (collectively referred to as “Promotions & Bonuses”), are applicable to both new and existing clients (“Clients,” “you,” “your”) of Godo Ltd. Godo Ltd, operating under the laws of Saint Vincent and the Grenadines, is herein referred to as “GodoAbbado,” “the Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our” as appropriate.

By engaging with Promotions & Bonuses, you express complete and unequivocal acceptance of these Promotion Terms, the General GodoAbbado Terms & Conditions that define the relationship between the Company and its Clients, and all other Policies. These “Terms,” with their latest versions available at all times on the GodoAbbado Website, are subject to periodic amendments.

Participation Eligibility

1. GodoAbbado provides its clients with the chance to utilize Promotion Codes, enabling participation in promotional campaigns and the receipt of bonuses on a periodic basis.
2. To be eligible for Promotions and Bonuses, Clients must:

• • Successfully register with a valid Client Account on the GodoAbbado platform;
  • Ensure the Client Account is in good standing; and
  • Fulfill the eligibility and deposit requirements specified for each promotion.

3. Individuals who are employees of GodoAbbado or any affiliated company, as well as their immediate family members, are explicitly ineligible to participate in any promotion. Furthermore, employees of partners and agencies engaged in the organization or facilitation of the promotion, as determined by GodoAbbado, are not eligible to participate. The promotion is also not available to employees of any other company directly competing with GodoAbbado.

The General Rules

4. If any restrictions are applicable to the client’s account, the account will be ineligible to use Promotion Codes and will not qualify for a bonus until the restrictions are lifted.
5. GodoAbbado shall not be held liable for any losses that may occur as a consequence of trading while participating in a Promotion Campaign or utilizing Bonus Credit.
6. Promotion Codes and Bonuses are intended for personal, non-commercial use only.
7. If GodoAbbado later determines that a participant is not eligible to take part in promotions and receive bonuses, GodoAbbado may, at its discretion, invalidate any issued promotion codes or reverse and withdraw any credited bonuses. No individual shall have the right to claim any payment or compensation from GodoAbbado in the event of forfeiture or retraction of any bonus credit or associated profit.
8. GodoAbbado retains the right to cancel or revoke Promotion Codes and/or withdraw bonuses credited through promotions, and nullify all or a portion of profits earned when using the bonus, at any time. This action may be taken in the event of any suspected abuse of Promotion Codes or Promotion Campaigns by a participant, including but not limited to the use of multiple Promotion codes on multiple accounts to mirror trades.
9. If any client deposit is canceled, clawed back, charged back, or returned from the bank due to reasons such as insufficient funds or fraud, the client will be deemed ineligible for a bonus. GodoAbbado retains the right to reclaim and withdraw all or any portion of a bonus credited to any account or wallet under a promotion in such cases.
10. GodoAbbado’s decision on all matters concerning promotions and bonuses shall be considered final and binding for all participants. GodoAbbado reserves the right to cancel, revoke, or withdraw the promotion and/or withdraw any credited bonuses to any client wallet or margin account at any time without the obligation to provide any reasons or explanations.
11. Clients acknowledge that GodoAbbado, in its sole and absolute discretion, may, at any time and without notice, terminate promotions and bonuses. Additionally, GodoAbbado reserves the right to delete, vary, supplement, amend, restrict, withdraw, or modify any one or more of the terms in a manner it deems fit. This includes, but is not limited to, determining the eligibility of any client, the bases and methods of identifying participating clients, and any dates associated with the promotion and its duration.
12. Promotions and Bonuses cannot be utilized concurrently with any other rebate, commission reduction, promotion, or similar program offered by GodoAbbado.
13. Participation in promotions and bonuses is limited to one client account per individual. Multiple accounts from the same household may be prohibited from participating in promotions and bonuses. However, bonuses may apply to multiple margin accounts per client.
14. Joint accounts or accounts with a Power of Attorney in force will not qualify for promotions and bonuses.
15. Only individuals with full legal capacity and who are at least eighteen (18) years of age shall be eligible for these promotions and bonuses.
16. The expiration date and specific terms of each promotion will be publicly accessible through the GodoAbbado Website or relevant marketing campaigns.
17. GodoAbbado retains the right to refuse participation in promotions or terminate a client’s participation in promotions if there is a reasonable belief that there has been cooperation, collusion, or organization of trades and market manipulation. Additionally, GodoAbbado may exercise its discretion to terminate participation if it believes that the promotion in question is being abused by the terminated participant in any manner.
18. Upon submitting their details and particulars for a promotion, clients consent to GodoAbbado using or sharing such information for the marketing efforts of GodoAbbado, its affiliates, and/or its partners or sponsors. Participating clients have the option to inform GodoAbbado if they do not wish to receive such information by contacting GodoAbbado’s Customer Service Team.
19. Clients acknowledge that GodoAbbado shall not be held liable for any claims, costs, expenses, losses, or damages suffered by any person as a result of engaging with promotions and bonuses.
20. GodoAbbado shall not be liable to any client or any other person for any loss, tax liability, or damage arising in connection with promotions and bonuses, including any error, technical malfunction of the World-Wide Web (internet), or the GodoAbbado Website or Platform.
21. Any dispute not addressed by the relevant Promotion Terms will be resolved by GodoAbbado in a manner deemed fairest to all concerned, and that decision shall be considered final and binding on all parties.
22. These Terms are governed by the laws of Saint Vincent and the Grenadines.
23. If any term of the Promotion Terms is determined to be illegal, invalid, or unenforceable under any applicable law, such term shall be deemed severable from the remaining terms. The remainder of the Promotion Terms shall remain valid and binding as if the severed term had never been included.
24. If these Promotion Terms are translated into a language other than English, the English version of the Promotion Terms shall take precedence in case of any inconsistency.
25. These Terms and Conditions are subject to change at GodoAbbado’s discretion, and the decision of GodoAbbado is final. GodoAbbado holds the sole authority as the arbiter of these Promotion Terms and any other issues arising under this Promotion.
